About Me

Scholar, practitioner, and builder examining how institutions create the conditions for student success.

I am completing an M.A. in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education at Ball State University. My work sits at the intersection of higher education research, student affairs practice, global education advocacy, assessment, and digital innovation.

Across these areas, I study how institutional structures, relationships, support systems, and learning environments shape whether students can find help, make sense of complex systems, develop belonging, participate fully, and persist.
