Innovation

Building tools that make information easier to find, understand, and use.

My innovation work extends my research and practice into digital tools that address problems of access, navigation, professional learning, and student support.

U.S. Campus Resource Navigation01

JM HelpPath

JM HelpPath is a student-support navigation platform designed for U.S. colleges and universities. Students describe what they are experiencing in their own words and receive guidance toward the most relevant, verified campus office or support service. By making institutional support systems easier to understand and navigate, JM HelpPath reduces confusion around where to go for help and makes campus resources more accessible when students need them most.
